Material and labelling
We provide a broad selection of materials for filing systems in a large range of colours and material thicknesses.

Depending on the quantities ordered, special colours are also available to meet your specific requirements.

All materials can be printed to fit in with your Corporate Design or to comply with your specific ideas.

Our sales staff will be pleased to provide advice on the range of design options.

Formats
From standard DIN A4 ring binders to binders for bank statements, we offer a broad range of formats and designs.

With our own toolmaking shop, we are able to comply with almost any requirement of our customers.

Please specify the required format of the open binder including the spine width or the format and number of documents to be filed.

Mechanism
Our broad assortment of mechanisms, all available from stock, enables us to fit your binders with a suitable system, swiftly and easily.

The binders are available with Combi (D-ring), bow and round mechanism with 2 or 4 rings each. On request, binders may be provided with a locking lever arch mechanism including a suitable downholder.

Downholders may be supplied either already mounted or packed in a bag.


Pockets
If a printing is not an option, various pocket types may be attached to the outside. These can be provided with printed paper inserts.

On request, ring binders can be supplied with your paper inserts already in place.

Also ring binders may be supplied with additional pockets e.g. for business cards, CD-ROMs or loose leaves to suit your personal requirements. .

Special equipment
We design ring binders to meet our customers' requirements, and our commitment goes beyond the format and design of your binders!
